Arcos hires intern Kyoung Hur from the TCU E-Business Summer Internship Program. Kyoung Hur goes by Kevin Hur. Kevin came to Ft. Worth 4 years ago from South Korea. He is studying Business Information Systems and Accounting. He plans on graduating in 2010. He'll be learning the interactive strategies used here at Arcos and gaining real world experience.

Arcos website design client, Zim Zimmerman, won his run-off election against Eric Fox for the District 3 City Council Seat. Arcos delivered a comprehensive website with an easy to use content manager for the staff to handle updates and make their own revisions.

2009 Fort Worth Addy Award Winner! Arcos wins the Silver Addy Award for Texas Christian University (TCU) Career Services website. Arcos is responsible for all the flash work, high-def video and green screen work as well the design and layout. Arcos would like to thank Tim Polster for his expertise in video.

Arcos has been selected as the 2009 Fort Worth Small Business of the Year. We thank all those in the community who have been a part of our success and look forward to a prosperous 2009. The announcement was made at the Small Business of the Year Award reception that immediately preceded Mayor Moncrief's State of the City of Fort Worth Address at which an estimated 1,300 people were in attendance!

Jason Smith, CEO and Owner will speak at HSMAI (Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International). Jason will speak about the use of social media, online marketing and other "web 2.0" strategies for advertising and marketing hotel banquet rooms, conference centers and other areas beyond just booking hotel rooms.

Arcos submits TCU Career Services website for the 2009 ADDY Awards. The ADDY awards are hosted by the AAF (American Advertising Foundation). Each year there are over 60,000 entries over a variety of categories. The judging begins January 30, 2009 with the winners of our local district being announced February 28, 2009 at the ADDY Gala.
